Please note:
Conference registration includes a copy of the proceedings, lunch(es), and a reception Tuesday evening. Tutorials include tutorial notes. Workshops include workshop notes and lunch(es) on the day(s) of the workshop. Additional Proceedings may be purchased directly through ACM. You may register for the Monday Beck's Brewery Visit and the Wednesdy Banquet in the historic city hall at additional costs.

Reservation of hotel rooms (Hilton or other hotels) is possible within the conference registration. Room booking is on a definite basis. Payment will have to be made directly to the hotel on site. In the case of cancellation, non-arrival (no show), or early departure the cancellation terms of the hotel apply.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
All payments must be made in EUROS.
Your credit card will show a charge to: BTZ - Bremer Touristik Zentrale GmbH, the company providing registration services for CIKM 2005. Discount advance registration payments must be received by Sept. 29th, 2005. BTZ GmbH must receive written notice of cancellation by Sept. 29th, 2005

Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
NO refund for authors of any accepted papers in CIKM/Workshops will be honored in any case.
