Dr. Jan Gehrke was a research assistant in the Artificial Intelligence group at Universität Bremen. Until June 2011 he worked in the Knowledge Management project of the Collaborative Research Center 637: Autonomous Cooperating Logistic Processes.

Research Interests:

My research interests cover the following areas:

• Knowledge representation and reasoning
• Spatio-temporal representation and reasoning
• Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems
• Situation-aware autonomous systems
• Multiagent-based Simulation
• Intelligent logistics control
• Intelligent Vehicles

Scientific Community Activities:

Jan Gehrke is a member of German Society for Computer Science (Gesellschaft für Informatik, GI) and served as a reviewer for, e.g., the Journal of Web Semantics, the International Journal of Production Economics, and the Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (CIKM).
